Yup, I am back on the WW bandwagon. I joined online last year and was able to loose about 7 pounds. I wanted to loose more, but my goal was a bridesmaids dress and I got lazy after!
I have been working out with a trainer about once a week since November. I love it! I really push myself harder with someone. However I have been totally slacking in the cardio department!
Today, I had Chinese for lunch and was very good and only ate half of what I got... still an 11 point lunch!! But, I made it to the gym for hard cardio... and I just dug up the garden!
Yeah me! Baby steps!
